Our sourcing principles
Our sourcing approach combines technical suitability, commercial integrity and respect for people and the environment. Price alone should not determine a sourcing decision; product requirements, supply risks and the ability to fulfil agreed terms also matter.
Supplier expectations
We expect suppliers to provide accurate company and product information, respect applicable labour and environmental requirements, reject bribery and avoid forced labour and child exploitation. Suppliers should communicate material changes affecting agreed quality, origin or delivery.
Specifications & documentation
Product composition, grade, quantity, packaging and inspection requirements should be agreed before supply. Relevant technical, safety, origin and transport documents should match the product and transaction. Any independent testing or certification must be specified and verified for the relevant order.
Risk review & improvement
Concerns should be assessed in proportion to the product, geography and transaction. Where a material issue is identified, the next step may include clarification, additional documentation or corrective action before proceeding. Send sourcing concerns to info@anamine.com.tr.
